What are your pricing principles?

• The prices for the Delight suite of tools and customer support are transparent. Whether it is the initial costs, subscriptions or support, they are based on the following rational criteria: the size of the company and the data to be processed, the number of entities or subsidiaries involved and the number of employees who have access to the tools, the quantity of different data sources to be integrated and processed, etc.
• The initial set-up cost includes a one-year support period. Any subsequent request for support, apart from maintenance, bug resolution or requests, and apart from training, is subject to a specific quote.
• External costs (emails beyond the limit, SMS, external functionalities, etc.) are invoiced separately on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• General Terms and Conditions (GTC) describe in detail the respective duties and constraints.

Is there a minimum commitment period or can I leave Delight whenever I want?

So it's not exactly like NETFLIX, but almost. We require a minimum 12 month-commitment because in reality, we invest a lot so that everything is perfectly set up in the first few months of our collaboration. After that, you are free as a bird to continue for another year or not. And in fact, for the past two years, not a single client has wanted to leave us, which is our greatest reward.

I have a very small budget. Is Delight only made for large structures?

Delight is designed for all types of organisations, large or small, as long as they do express a need. However, there are a few requirements for you to be able to benefit from it. If you are a ticketing provider, and at least one person can dedicate some time to using our tools to analyse and create campaigns, then the tools will be useful to you, whatever your size. If you don't meet these conditions, send us a message anyway and we'll be happy to tell you if we can work something out together.

It takes time to manage monthly invoices. Is there any other solution?

We promise to make your life easier! We can issue invoices at your preferred frequency, and above all, we have a very practical and simple "direct debit" option: this is the solution chosen by more and more of our customers  (but it is not imposed!).

What is the onboarding cost based on? What does it include?

The cost of onboarding is adapted to each client. It is based on the number of data streams that we will have to "connect" to the tools to establish a common database. For example, we can add a connection to a ticketing system, a white label, a newsletter or other so-called "flat" files. Some prices are fixed however: for example, a newsletter integration costs 800 euros excluding VAT. The more complex and numerous the connections, the higher the cost. In any case, it includes the harmonisation of all the data, a real time framing of the ticketing information and therefore a rigorous and precise work basis.

Is onboarding only charged in year 1?

Indeed, onboarding is only payable in year 1. The only special case: if other data streams are to be connected over time. In this case, we look at the amount of data that it includes and its source, so as to define the resources that will be devoted to the automatic retrieval of this data stream. Depending on this, we'll charge an additional cost, from time to time. Similarly, if you need to extend the support period, it will be subject to a specific quote. But we always discuss it together first!

Is initial training mandatory?

Initial training is indeed necessary and lasts at least half a day. We believe that it is fundamental because you need to understand our tools in order to activate the right levers in the best possible way. A little time invested today means a lot of time saved tomorrow. It is kind of a continuous professional training!

Can I only subscribe to Ignition? If so, will I pay more than if I take a "Development Bundle" or "Loyalty Bundle"?

It is possible to subscribe only to "Ignition". In this case, the price may be lower than if you subscribe to the tools as a bundle. We consider that our tools work together. They are interdependent and perfectly complementary. That's why we call it the "Delight suite". But we don't like constraints at Delight: let's talk about it and we will find the best solution for you...

If I significantly increase my data volume on Ignition from year to year, will the subscription price increase?

No. If no new data streams have been added, then the price of Ignition will not increase. On the other hand, to be perfectly transparent, the price of subscriptions tends to increase a little every year. We have to pass on the inflation, especially the salaries of digital talents (developers, data scientists...)!

How do e-mail quotas work at Delight? Do we pay per mailing or per number of contacts in the database?

At Delight, e-mail quotas are defined before the collaboration, according to the monthly needs of each client. Based on this, monthly quotas (reset each month) or annual quotas are calculated, depending on the preferences of each client. The payment of the quotas is therefore included in the monthly subscription fees. It is possible to increase or recharge e-mail quotas, for a fixed price of 50 euros per 100,000 e-mails.
For text messages, soon to be introduced in Relation, we will be charged for the first text message sent and will be obliged to pass this price on to you.
